We all love corn palak(Spinach)! So now try this new recipe ‘baked spinach and corn’, this is a fusion of corn and spinach with new flavor. Enjoy baked spinach and corn with garlic bread or brown bread toasted.
Melt butter in a pan; sauté the flour on a low flame for 1-2 minutes. Take off the heat and slowly add milk, use a whisk to blend it, put back on the flame and let it thicken to heavy cream consistency. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add the boiled spinach and corn, check seasoning. Put into a baking dish, top with grated cheese and bake at 200C for 5-6 minutes or till the cheese is melted and golden.
- 1 pack Supa Corn (*also try Italian Herbs)
- 1 cup boiled spinach, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 ml milk
- 75 gm cheese, grated
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper for taste
