Achari Corn on Cob


Want to enjoy Corn on Cob in a new way, then try this recipe Achari Corn on Cob which gives you a flavor of achari masala on it.


  • 3 Ready to Eat Corn on Cobs (each cob cut into 3 pcs)
  • 2 Large Onions (Ground)
  • 3 Large Tomatoes (Pureed)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbs Raw Mango grated
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp Onion seeds/ Nigella
  • ⅓ tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Achari Masala: Blend and make powder of Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel seeds, Onion seeds/ Nigella and keep aside.


  • In a pre heated pan add mustard oil then put ground onion), fry it until it get golden brown color; then add Ginger Paste sauté it properly; add tomato puree and achari masala and cook for 2-3 minute’s.
  • Add Supa Corn cob mixed well and cook for 3-4 minute.
  • Serve hot as snacks.
