Sweet Corn Chicken Burger


Chicken burger is typically a cutlet made of boneless chicken paste place in a bun or between two slices of bread and to change flavor on regular chicken burger; we made some changes on it by adding Supa Corn Kernel.


  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken
  • Chopped Coriander
  • 5 Green Chili chopped
  • ½ Cup Supa Corn Kernels
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 8 Garlic Pods
  • 3 Spring Onions Chopped
  • ½ Cup Grated Cheese
  • Butter


  • Make a paste of raw chicken Keep aside
  • Make a paste of coriander, green chili, ginger, garlic and onion
  • Take a medium size bowl add chicken, green paste, corn and spring onion mix well, keep this mixture for 10-12 hour to get marinate properly
  • After marinate next day add salt as per taste and mix properly
  • Make a cutlet of this mixture, fry it in low flame and cook till it become crispy and golden brown
  • For burger toast bun from one side, then place cutlet on bun base with some cheese on it and garnish with some micro green and cover it with bun top
