Spinach & Sweet Corn Curry


Spinach corn curry is an easy to make delicious and healthy curry this delicious palak corn curry is a variation of palak paneer.


  • 3 Bunch Spinach
  • 1 Cup Supa Corn; Sweet Corn Kernel
  • ½ Cup Coriander Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Table Spoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 2 Table Spoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Table Spoon Chili Powder
  • ½ Table Spoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 Table Spoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Green Chili
  • Salt as per Taste


  • Put 2 table Spoon ghee in a pre heated pan, add all dry blend masala mix well for 30 seconds
  • Add all vegetables mixed well then add ½ cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Once it cooked blend properly and make a thick paste of it
  • Put this paste on pan, add salt as per taste and corn Kernels and cook it for another 2-3 minutes
  • Serve hot with Chapatti/Rice
