  • 1 pack Supa corn
  • 150 gm paneer
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 capsicum, cut into ½” pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 leaves of fresh basil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper


Spread a wide sheet of foil, top with paneer, tomatoes, corn, capsicum and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, Season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Folds foil packets crosswise over the paneer and vegetable mixture to completely cover the food. Bake at 200C for 6-8 minutes till the capsicum and tomatoes become soft. Serve straight from the oven with a side of garlic toast.
