Corn and Mushroom Stir Fry


If you want to cook recipe which is good to eat and requires seconds to make then try this corn and mushroom stir fry. To make this recipe we need a pack of supa corn and mushroom as main ingredients and enjoy this any time with tea or coffee as a snack.


  • 1 pack Supa Corn
  • 200 gm mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt for taste


Heat olive oil, sauté ginger and garlic for one minute, add the onion and spring onion and fry till soft. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes till they soften, then add the sauces and corn, mix well gently. Check seasoning and serve hot with fried rice.
