Sweet corn soup recipe – Is a recipe that comforting, healthy and delicious ready to eat sweet corn kernel soup. This can be had anytime of the day for breakfast, as a part of the meal, starter or for evening snack.
- Supa corn kernel 200gm pack.
- Oil/Ghee 2 table spoon
- One onion finely chopped
- One tomato finely chopped
- 4-5 Green chili chopped
- Salt for the taste
- Corn flour 2 tea spoon
- Blend 3/5th ratio of corn kernel packs; make a thick paste and keep aside.
- Add ghee/oil in a pre heated pan then add green chili, chopped onion, tomato and sauté it for 2 minutes; then add corn kernel paste, salt, lastly add remaining corn kernel and mix well and cook for 2 minute.
- Add water and corn flour and cook for another 2-4 minutes
- Serve hot with garlic bread or brown bread.
