Corn Rice Recipe


Spicy corn rice or pulao made with ready to eat supa corn kernel, this recipe is yummy and easy to cook.


  • Supa corn kernel 50 gm
  • Pre cook rice one medium size bowl
  • Half Supa Corn Cob cut into 4-5 small pcs.
  • 2 tomato diced cut
  • 2-3 green chili chopped
  • One medium size onion chopped.
  • Salt for taste
  • Sabji Masala 2 tbl spoon
  • Turmeric powder one tea spoon.
  • Ghee/Oil 2 table spoon


  • Add ghee/oil in a pre heated pan then put grated onion and green chili; fry it until it get golden brown color; then add Supa Corn kernel, turmeric powder, sabji masala salt and saut√© for 1 minute and add tomato cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Finally add pre cook rice mixed well and cook for 1 minutes.
