This recipe gives you a flavor of sweet and salty which add flavor on it. Enjoy supa corn on toast with tea or coffee to complete your tea time snacks.
- 2 tbsp Butter
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 250 ml Warm Milk
- 100 gm Processed Cheese, grated
- 1 pack Supa Corn
- 1 tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning or Mixed Herbs
- ½ tbsp White Pepper
- ½ tbsp Garlic Powder (optional)
- Salt as per taste
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the butter. Sauté with a wooden spoon on a low flame for 2-3 minutes till the raw aroma of the flour is gone. Take off the fire and slowly add the warm milk, whisk gently to avoid lumps. Put the pan back on low flame and let the sauce thicken, stir slowly. Season with the herbs, pepper and salt add supa corn kernel to the sauce along with the grated cheese. Check seasoning and serve hot over toasted bread.
