Mc Donalds Style Mc Alo Tikki


McDonalds McAloo Tikki Burger is a sandwich loved by all age group; here I bring you an Indian Style McAloo Tikki Recipe with Supa Corn


  • 1pack supa corn kernel
  • 3 boiled potato grated
  • 1pc medium sized carrot finely chopped
  • 2pc tomato finely chopped
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • ½ inch ginger finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 6-7pc green chili finely chopped
  • Peas 50gm
  • Garam Masala ¼tsp
  • Black pepper powder
  • Red pepper powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Cumin seeds for taste


  • Mixture: Heat a non stick pan and heat oil for shallow frying; Add cumin seeds and chopped ginger garlic, green chili, capsicum, carrot, garam masala, coriander powder, peas, corn mix well and cook for 2minutes; Add tomato and cooked for few minutes; In a medium size bowl add boil potato grated or mashed, 2 cheese cube grated, all pre cooked vegetables, 3-4tbsp corn flour mix well till we get a smooth dough, and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes make a ball from this mixture and give them a shape of tikki, similarly apply to all and make 4-5 tikkis
  • For coat; in small bowl add maida 4tbsp, corn flour 2tbsp, gram flour 2tbsp, salt to taste, black pepper ½ tsp, water as required make a thick paste. Dust all tikki in corn floor powder keep aside for 5 minutes then coat them in thick paste first next on bread crumb and at last fry them all till it get crispy and brown color.
