Try this snacks recipe ‘corn and cheese stuffed tomatoes’ in your snacks time with green sauce (hari chatni) and tea. This is an easy to cook recipe without time consuming.
- 1 pack Supa Corn
- ½ cup grated Cheese, cheddar or processed
- 1 large potato, boiled and mashed
- ¼ tsp paprika or red chilli powder
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tomatoes, tops removed and hollowed out
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Fold the corn in the mashed potato, fold in half the cheese and add all the spices to season the mix. Check salt then add the mix into the hollowed out tomatoes, fill to the top, you can close with the chopped off lids or leave it open and top with the rest of the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil on top and bake at 180C for 15-18 minutes till the tomatoes are soft. Serve hot as sides to any meal.
