Corn Balls are a super simple side dish that will impress people from all age group, they are easy to cook and everyone loves them.
- 1. Supa corn 400gm
- Rava ½ cup
- Rice Flour ½ cup
- Coriander as required
- One medium size onion
- 3 green chili
- ½ Lemon
- Oil and salt as required
- Take 200 gm corn kernels with green chili and make a smooth paste of it keep aside
- In a medium size bowl add rava, rice flour, salt as per taste, chopped onion, corn 200gm, chopped coriander, corn paste, ½ lemon juice, and water as required mixed well.
- Make small balls from this mixture and fried them it till get golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
